มีคุณสมบัติแข็งแรง ทานต่อปลอดจากแมลง ปลวก มอดไม้ และไม่ลามไฟ ผลิตภัณฑ์โดยผ่านการทดสอบตามมาตรฐาน Fire Classification EN1350 และ VOC เป็นระดับ A+ และต้องผ่านการทดสอบ ความปลอดภัยจากสาร Formaldehypde EN767 และ Toxic Element Test ได้ในระดับ Good ชนิดที่ใช้เป็นแบบลายไม้ธรรมชาติ มีขอบล็อกทั้ง 4 ด้านของแผ่นพื้น ขนาดแผ่นไม่น้อยกว่า 180x1220 mm. , ความหนาของกระเบื้องต้องไม่น้อยกว่า 5 มิลลิเมตร, wear layer ไม่น้อยกว่า 0.5 มิลลิเมตร , การทนรอยขูดขีดต้องไม่น้อยกว่า 5,000 รอบ ผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถกันน้ำ 100% และจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติในการต้านแรงดึงของระบบ Click Lock ไม่น้อยกว่า 440 N (Click Tension Force/ISO24334) ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งวัสดุและแบบการติดตั้งเพื่อขออนุมัติก่อนการปูพื้นทุกครั้ง
